About the Service

claudemcp.io is a community directory for Claude Code resources including skills, hooks, MCP server configurations, and CLAUDE.md project templates. It is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC or any of its subsidiaries.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using claudemcp.io you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

User Accounts

Accounts are created via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and all activity that occurs under your claudemcp.io account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant claudemcp.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, index, and promote that content as part of the directory.

You represent that your submissions do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and that you have the right to grant the license above. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, misleading content, or duplicate listings.
• Submit content containing malware, phishing links, or other malicious code.
• Use the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to scrape, probe, or disrupt the site's infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.

Advertising

Advertisers purchase sponsored placements in the browse grid. By purchasing an ad you agree that:

• Payment is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• We do not guarantee specific traffic levels, click-through rates, or business outcomes.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove ad creative that violates these terms, is misleading, or is otherwise inappropriate for our audience.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Community-submitted content is not reviewed or endorsed by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claudemcp.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

No Affiliation with Anthropic

claudemcp.io is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Anthropic PBC. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic PBC.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, USA.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
